"Rofan" Karwendel Region in the Tyrol, Austria
Had a wonderful week with beautiful weather and great cameraderie in the Karwendel Region in the Tyrol in Austria. Painting plein air is a great experience, where all your senses influence your painting process.
The western part of the Brandenberger Alps is called the Rofan mountain range. It is also called "Rofan" for short and is located entirely in Tyrol. The elevation is about 2300 m above sea level.
